The PGSD Campus of Cibiru Campus is collaborating with the School of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia, through the World Class Professor-Like programme. Prof. Madya Thien Lei Mee will host Dr. Rendi Restiana Sukardi in a joint research article writing initiative, aiming for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal. This collaboration fosters academic exchange and research development between both institutions.

Prof. Madya Nor Asniza Ishak has been appointed as an adjunct professor for the subjects of Biological and Earth Education at the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Programme, UPI Cibiru Campus. This collaboration is an implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) established earlier between the Cibiru Campus and the School of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia. It aims to enhance the academic experience and expertise in the field of education, particularly in the areas of biology and earth sciences.

The Director and lecturers from Perak Matriculation College, Malaysia, visited the PGSD Campus of UPI Cibiru for exploring potential collaboration and participating in the Virtual Summer School programme.

The community service program in Malaysia at PERMAI is a collaborative effort led by the teachers and lecturers of the PGSD Cibiru Campus, aimed at supporting undocumented Indonesian children in Penang, Malaysia. This initiative is part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between UPI Cibiru Campus and local partners. The program focuses on providing educational support and fostering community engagement for these children, helping to improve their learning opportunities and well-being.

The PGSD Programme at UPI Cibiru Campus is exploring potential collaboration with the University of Immaculate Conception (UIC) Philippines. The initial step in this partnership is responding to an invitation from UIC to serve as a guest speaker in a public lecture on innovative teaching models. This collaboration aims to foster academic exchange and enhance educational practices through shared expertise and experiences between the two institutions.

A Workshop and Coaching session on Innovative Learning Models was conducted at Wisdom Islamic School, Davao Inc. Philippines, following the establishment of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA). This initiative aims to enhance teaching practices and foster collaboration in implementing innovative educational strategies.

The China Collaborative and Partnership Seminar activity involving the Indonesian University of Education (UPI) together with three universities in Anhui Province, China, aims to strengthen collaborative relations in the academic and research fields. Through this seminar, UPI introduced the results of collaborative research conducted with the University of Bordeaux (France) and the University of Quebec à Montréal (UQAM, Canada). This innovative research product shows great potential in supporting global educational progress, especially among Anhui Normal University students who are very enthusiastic about accessing and utilizing the applications of these research results.

The main aim of this activity is to increase UPI's competitiveness at the international level by expanding academic networks and disseminating research results to the global community. Apart from that, this activity aims to inspire students from various parts of the world to be more active in contributing to the development of science. The positive response from Chinese students who "attacked" this research product proves that UPI's work is able to answer modern educational needs and is globally relevant.

Indonesian University of Education (UPI) Cibiru Campus collaborates with Hiroshima University, Japan. This visit aims to discuss exploring a cooperation agreement between the Graduate School for International Development and Cooperation (IDEC) Hiroshima University and UPI Cibiru Campus.
